This is a friendly reminder regarding our Lesson Packages & Credits Policy, which is part of the terms and conditions upon purchasing a package. **Lesson Packages & Credits Policy** **Plan Policy:** - The date shown on your subscription account indicates the day **after** the package's validity has ended. For example, if the "Valid Until" date is July 2, 2024, the last day of validity is July 1, 2024. - Package start dates selected upon purchase cannot be changed. - Class packages are non-refundable once purchased. - The validity period of a package cannot be extended. *We encourage you to plan your classes in advance and select packages that best fit your schedule. Additionally, please choose the correct start date for your package to maximize its validity period.*
