Cancellation Policy
*Private Classes* Our coaches have been experiencing challenges with last-minute class cancellations. To better manage time and resources, and to ensure that students on our waiting list have the opportunity to benefit from private lessons, the following policy will take effect starting September 1, 2024. - Private classes must be booked at least seven days in advance. If a pre-agreed slot is not booked within this timeframe, it will become available to others on a first-come, first-served basis. - Please note that cancellations are not permitted for private classes. Once a lesson is booked, our coaches will reserve that time slot exclusively for the student. Cancellations or no-show will be chargeable.
